Daily SOP
Clock in at 9:00am even if you reach the warehouse at 9:30.
Take a photo of everything you load on your van and send it to me.
Warehouse counts inventory once a week. Any case amount off gets submitted to payroll as a deduction.
Handle samples in real time so on count day there is nothing to sort out.
Report damages to Grayson in real time so they are not counted as a missing case.
Real time handling is the whole game. Do the small things now so count day is a non event.

Bi weekly meetings move to DC, on Tuesdays. Easier for me than Woodbridge VA.
