ONP VIP Compliance App
IT / Ops · Live
Team

Everyone begins surveying On Premise VIP accounts to drive compliance across the VIP universe. We use the ONP VIP Compliance Power App to find accounts, review account info and survey history, and complete the required VIP questions and photos. Access is already shared with everyone.

Open the ONP VIP Compliance app
Set Up Power Apps on Your Phone
  1. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Search for Microsoft Power Apps.
  3. Download and install the app.
  4. Sign in using your company Microsoft account.
  5. Go to the All Apps page in Power Apps.
  6. Find ONP VIP Compliance and open it. If you do not see it, use the direct link above.
Two Ways to Find an Account
1Search Accounts
  • Search by Account ID, customer name, address, or city.
  • Matching accounts populate below. Click the arrow on the right to open the Account Information screen.
2Territory Filter
  • Locate an account by its territory and schedule. Select a Branch, then District, Route, Schedule and Account filter down from there.
  • Once you select an account the checkmark turns from gray to green. Click the green checkmark to continue.
Account Information
  • Shows the account's Account ID, Customer Name, Route Schedule, Branch, District and Route.
  • Survey History at the bottom shows the last survey date and who completed it.
  • Surveying the same account again overwrites the previous survey, so the most recent submission becomes the current record.
  • Confirm the correct account, then click Survey Account to continue.
Complete the VIP Survey
  • Answer each VIP question based on what you see: Program, menu placement, Core compliant, Core+ compliant, cooler, CA/Poster, Table Tents.
  • Some questions require a photo (for example menu placement). Capture the appropriate image when prompted.
  • When all required questions and photos are done, click Submit.
Reach out if you have any issues accessing the app, finding an account, or completing the survey.
On Premise Time Survey
IT / Ops
Why it matters

This survey captures account info that helps optimize the On Premise routes. This information needs to be 100% accurate for the optimization to work. Data will be vetted, and anything that looks off gets sent back for confirmation.

How to Access It
  • At the account screen, press Surveys. That opens the survey page and unlocks the Order button.
  • The survey must be done whether you are placing an order or not.
The Four Areas
1Is the account closed?
  • YesNo
  • Only answer Yes if the account is closed.
2Availability, what days can they accept a delivery?
  • Each day has a Yes or No. Check Yes for every day a delivery can be accepted.
  • Do not choose only the days they are currently serviced. To optimize the routes we need to know every day we can make a delivery.
3What time can they accept a delivery?
  • Fill out the Open and Close time. This is the times they can accept, not necessarily the open and close hours.
  • Example: if the account opens at 10:00 but the manager who accepts arrives at 11:00, then 11:00 is the Open time.
  • Blackout times can be left blank. If they refuse service 11:00 to 1:00 for lunch, enter that.
4What frequency should this account be?
  • WeeklyBi-WeeklyMonthly
  • This is the ASM's input on the account. These are suggestions, compared against average volume and invoicing.
  • Monthly is a potential change, looking for ASM input by account.
Timeline by Branch

SOVA / CEMD

Confirm your team knows a survey is coming. Reach out with any questions.
Warehouse & Inventory
Daily SOP
  • Clock in at 9:00am even if you reach the warehouse at 9:30.
  • Take a photo of everything you load on your van and send it to me.
  • Warehouse counts inventory once a week. Any case amount off gets submitted to payroll as a deduction.
  • Handle samples in real time so on count day there is nothing to sort out.
  • Report damages to Grayson in real time so they are not counted as a missing case.
Product Movements · from Tucker, Ops
  • What we want: a clean picture with correct information.
  • If you have the 8oz loaded, enter the difference of what is taken off and what is put on.
  • Get movements in ASAP so we can load before guys go into the trade and have POs to fill.
  • If an ASM knows he has a lot of flips and needs inventory corrected, they will count the van. If not, count is once a week.
  • The only time you cannot load by yourself is during the count, 9 to 9:30, unless the warehouse manager says you are good to go.
  • Loading before 9 is fine, but the movement needs to be in for the count.
Real time handling is the whole game. Do the small things now so count day is a non event.
Meetings & Logistics
Schedule
  • Bi weekly meetings on Tuesdays, at the warehouse.
  • Next meeting: June 9th.
Tuesday Meeting Topics
  • DNA Dashboard metrics: 90D voids, VIP, and new accounts.
  • Paycom expectations and rules.
  • Warehouse refresh and rules.
  • Upcoming events: Pride parades in DC, concerts, Red Bull Wharf spin off.
  • ASMs: tell me your needs and what is going on in your territory.
